Join Kimiko for Chill-Out Wednesday evenings: Slow Flow & Yin on September 28, Slow Flow & Rest on October 5.
She is facilitating a loving space for you to direct your awareness from external subjects towards the experiences of your body and yourself.
Each week, a theme or a skill through the lens of ancient yoga wisdom and modern scientific research will be introduced for you to have levels of experience in your body & mind.

Experience: This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in learning new ways. If you have an acute injury, this is your opportunity to rest the injured part of your body to rest but approach your practice differently. If you are not sure, please reach out to me! The essence of the practice is Presence.

Kimiko’s Background
Kimiko is a traveler, a yoga student and a yoga teacher. Yoga has been a transformational inner journey and has helped her to have a deeper connection to herself. With her deep interest in the human body & movement and the non-dualistic Tantric philosophy, she likes to explore and move her body in many playful ways for the mind-body experience. Practicing yoga with curiosity, courage, compassion, and playfulness is essential for her. The styles of yoga she teaches are Hatha, Vinyasa, ISHTA, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Kriya, Mantras, Mudras, Pranayama, and Meditation. She holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications with Yoga Alliance. Furthermore, she is one of the trainers for ISHTA yoga 200h & 300h teacher training in Sweden.
