Join Kimiko for Yoga to Find Balance for Health and Well-Being
One of the benefits of yoga practice is to promote and maintain physical, mental, emotional, psychological, social, and
physiological health. But how can we practice yoga when we have a physical, mental, or emotional imbalance or pain?
Every month, Kimiko briefly explains each yogic wisdom and shares practice to gain balance. The asana part of the
practice is based on Hatha yoga-inspired movements through the lenses of classical teaching and bio & tissue mechanics
in a safe and mindful manner. Short breathwork and meditation will be included.
This is designed for everyone who especially wants to have new inspiration for their own practice (sadhana) or who is
simply curious about all or some topics.
If you combine with my other classes on Wednesdays (please see the schedule!), a positive impact on your body and
mind, and spirit is even more.
This offering aids you in gradually gaining clarity for your transformative path.

Kimiko is a traveler, a yoga student, and a teacher. Yoga has been a
transformative journey and has helped her to have a deeper connection to the
sense of herself. With her deep interest in bio-, tissue mechanics, neuroscience,
the human body & movement science, and the non-dualistic yogic philosophy,
her own yoga practice and teaching have evolved over time. Her current
approach to yoga is to create space to explore and experience yoga in her own
body and mind in various ways. She also integrates other bodywork modalities
into her practice and teaching. The styles of yoga she teaches are Hatha,
Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama, and Meditation. She
holds E-RYT 500 (more than 1000 hours of yoga study) with Yoga Alliance.
She has been one of the trainers for ISHTA yoga 200h & 300h teacher training
in Sweden. Curiosity, creativity, connection, compassion, patience, and
authenticity are essential for her yoga practice.
