Join Kimiko for Playful Flow, Pranayama & Meditation on 4 Fridays’ late afternoon.
Each week, a theme or a skill will be introduced. You are encouraged to focus your attention on the experiences within your body and being. A self-inquiry approach is to connect with your body & mind in profound ways.

Experience: This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in learning new ways. If you have an acute injury, this is your opportunity to rest the injured part of your body to rest but approach your practice differently. If you are not sure, please reach out to me! The essence of the practice is Curiosity.

Kimiko is a traveler, a yoga student and a yoga teacher. Yoga has been a transformational inner journey and has helped her to have a deeper connection to herself. With her deep interest in the human body & movement and the non-dualistic Tantric philosophy, she likes to explore and move her body in many playful ways for the mind-body experience. Practicing yoga with curiosity, courage, compassion, and playfulness is essential for her. The styles of yoga she teaches are Hatha, Vinyasa, ISHTA, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Kriya, Mantras, Mudras, Pranayama, and Meditation. She holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications with Yoga Alliance. Furthermore, she is one of the trainers for ISHTA yoga 200h & 300h teacher training in Sweden.
